OK, I'm ready to start. What now? Great! We're excited to have you on board! Now it's time to take our CrossFit OnRamp series included in the 1st monthly training package unlimited rate $155.00. This is a 2 week intro series of 6 classes must be completed before progressing to our group WOD's (workout of the day) classes. In these sessions, we will take you through our carefully planned curriculum to prepare you for the skill and intensity demands of CrossFit group classes. Appointments must be made for each of the 6 sessions. Now you are ready for a body and life changing program. Meet the community that helps you adhere to your goals.
